When you work with David and Joe, you get:

  1. A “For Sale” sign will be placed on your property – our signs are distinctive and typically are remembered by those passing by. Pricing credibility.
  2. The listing will be placed in the Multiple Listing Service, thereby making it available to over 3,000 Coachella Valley/Southern California Realtors® and on the Internet, thereby making it available to all computer savvy buyers.
  3. An impressive handout will be prepared to impress the buyer and highlight all the features of the home, including, but not limited to floor plan layout, utilities, and mortgage loan survey. It will be displayed in a handsome acrylic stand, designed just for our brochures.
  4. A beautiful color brochure will be designed and distributed via mailings and showings to people on Windermere Real Estate’s mailing list, to potential buyers and buyers’ agents.
  5. If you want a flyer box next to the Windermere For Sale sign, we will develop a color flyer with pertinent information and multiple pictures of your home on the front of the flyer.  Also, your home can be cross marketed with our other listings, so that your home will reach a broader market.
  6. Your home will be cross-marketed in our beautiful, full color, quarterly magazine. Our magazine is a comprehensive and informative periodical that targets past clients and current perspective buyers and sellers. You’ll find some of the most beautiful, sought-after real estate on the market today with helpful, seasonal real estate information as it relates to your community and neighborhood.
  7. A virtual tour will be developed with four different 360° views of your home and placed on the following web pages –the Palm Springs MLS, as well as on Realtor.com, WindermereSoCalRealEstate.com and HomesInTheDesert.net.  This allows prospective buyers and buyer’s agents have a better feel for your home prior to setting up a showing or seeing your home.  Also multiple still pictures of your home will be placed on each of these websites & more! Top agents in the area will be notified of the features and benefits of our “new listing.”  75% of sales involve two  agents and it is crucial to the success of the marketing effort that your agent has good working relationships with fellow agents.  We have developed relationships with many of these agents, and many rely on us to find houses for their clients in this area.
  8. Open Houses – Determined if appropriate for this property since there is no way to qualify lookers.  If so, we will conduct  an Open House as soon as possible.  We can do an average of 2 open house every 4 weeks, varying upon our schedule and  holidays.  Your home will be advertised in the Open House section of the local paper.
  9. We can have a lock box on your property for all showings.  We will give you feedback from prospective buyers and other agents, at the beginning of each week for the past week.
  10. Finally, our experience will help you negotiate the most favorable price and terms possible when an offer is made to purchase your home.
