Joe Woods and David Hitt met thanks to David Cantwell the current manager at Windermere Real Estate in Palm Springs, CA. Both men were interviewing at different brokerages around the city and were yet to decide on which one would best suit their needs.
David Cantwell being fairly observant said to Joe, “You know, there is another gentleman I’ve interviewed that you should meet. You both have a lot in common.” So he placed David Hitt and Joe Woods in touch.
Joe called David and they met for coffee a couple of times and hit it off.

David Hitt on the other hand comes from a big city where he specializes in single family resale properties. Joe is well versed in running a business properly as well as creating great relationships and David’s talent with the technical aspects of real estate was the marketing genius Joe was looking for. David also comes with other marketing talents including geographic farming and conducting neighborhood events.
